Parent Partnership

At Settle College we work in close partnership with parents and families. At Parents’ Evenings throughout the year we issue a parental survey. We constantly seek to improve our educational provision and value the feedback and comments from our parents and families.

Parents get involved in the life of the school through joining the Parent Partnership Group or Parent Teacher Association, and some parents become Parent Governors. The Parent Partnership Group meets around 4 times per year.  Although not a decision making body, the group provides an opportunity for parents to give their views, and so help to shape College policies through open discussion with the Principal and other senior members of staff.

The times and dates of meetings, together with the focus for each meeting, are advertised in the Principal’s Newsletter and on the College website. If you feel you can spare some time and would like to be involved in this group please contact Mrs Kay Mullett, Principal’s PA.
